The Pediatric Center at Tambaram is a project supported entirely by private donations from a small circle of contributors. We hope you will consider joining our community of supporters. Of the funds we raise, more than 95% or more goes directly to the pediatric ward at Tambaram Hospital in India. Less than 5% supports our few administrative and fundraising costs in the USA, including this website, mail to our donors, and bank wire-transfer fees.
How Much to Donate:
Donations of all sizes are welcome, and donations at every level have a real impact in India. (We have received several small donations from children. If your donation is from a child, let us know and we will endeavor to get a direct response to you from the kids at Tambaram, in the form of a drawing or picture).
A donation of $135 will support the entire program for a week in 2008.
How to Donate:
The nonprofit Sahaya International maintains the account from which activities at Tambaram are funded.
